    Hey guys,

I've been thinking, what different battle tricks do you use when reloading your gun, shooting etc.?

I personally use the Maverick for the tricks as I can't seem to do it with other guns. After finishing reloading, I cock the gun, spin the barrel then flick my hand side-ways to snap the barrel in. I can then shoot as soon as my barrel is in.

Some tricks can actually be quite practical.

So, what tricks do you do?

I'm pretty badass at twirling my Nitefinders around in my fingers. Not very practical in a war though. I'm pretty quick on getting my NF out of my hip-holster, which actually is practical.

It seems that with the bigger guns and their way of cocking seems to make it harder to do any tricks at all. I'll try it with my Longshot.

Dodge roll, but I haven't done one in ages though. Back wards rolls are cool too.

My favourite one is when you are crouched, with 2 springer pistols, fire one, cock it, put it between your thigh & calf on one leg & reload it. The inspiration came from the scene in metal gear solid 4 when Meryl & Akiba are guarding the door from the Techus. Meryl reloads her desert eagle with one hand while firing the one in the other. Cool stuff.

Another one people use in nerf is to tie a string to the back of their maverick & sling it over their shoulder. Some people use this method to dual-weild mavs.

I forgot this one. If you've emptied the clip in your magstrike, quickly jerk the gun straight down. It you've done it fast enough, the clip should hang in the air for a split second, allowing you to grab it with your other hand. It takes some getting used to, but looks pretty cool it you pull it off.

With a modded Magstrike (the enhanced capacity mod) fire one clip off, jerk the gun to the side, which sends that clip flying and then put your other one in and fire away.

With forward roll, I'm easily able to do them because I do Ju-jitsu. But I'm afraid if I tried to do that while using a Longshot it would snap and become a Shortshot.

inf0rm3r and I did the sprint like f@#k move in the last Brissy war, we were playing team survival, last two left with like 7 guys on us, so I was like "Shall we go for a few laps?" and then we proceeded to sprint out of BBBB range.

My favourite one is the "Practice the day before (or morning of) by shooting 100 rounds".
Practice makes perfect people, I don't care if you have a singled titan pointed at me, unless you can use it, you won't hit me & a few shots from my Ls will soon be fired lovingly at you while you franticly reload or fumble with your side-arm as I rush in to effective range.

I just remembered another one. It's okay.

It's when your behind a long piece of cover. If your shooting from one side and someone spots you, then you go behind cover, they think that your gonna come out of cover in the same spot, when you actually come out of cover on the other side.

Agreed. You could have a gun that shoots 500 feet, but it's no use if you can't aim it properly. Every time I have friends over for a mini-war, I shoot off a few dozen rounds at various targets (my favourite one: my little sister).

Actually.. most people will think.. 'he'll try the other side next' hence this is not always a good move and certainly not a trick dude...

pretty much all of mine have been mentioned here.. I change clips via the pull down method in my magstrike, I throw my banana clips and flip them to reload, I can spin most of my guns etc etc but my favourite trick was invented by Roger, I call it his dart dance.

He stands in a very open space, gets his boogy on, and people are unable to hit him with darts.. its some crazy kinda dance voodoo

Hahaha, I used that trick to great effect! Distracted the other team, and allowed our guys to get the flag! There is also the "Tactical Bumdance", and the Tactical Dackification", where one's trousers are lowered, to induce confusion in the enemy ranks. Commonly referred to as a "Tack-Dack"

If you are bored hold a magstrike clip to your mouth, and blow to launch the darts.
    it kinda works.

one i use but not often if you have a longshot with the front gun attachment because yes it makes it more accurate then you put the gun behing you, spin on one foot so one leg stays still and as the gun comes round with you as your spinning to catches the still leg and rotates the front gun of that way you've got one hand free and your crouching and its fater and less akward to take the front gun off

when reloading my ls when i pull the clip release i quickly jerk the gun down then up and the clip falls out without even touching it. It makes reloading much quicker but it takes a bit of practice and strength to move the gun quick enough. i can reload my ls in under 3 seconds using this trick.

Anyway you also have the hide a.....well lets call it a "little present" in your pocket. In a Pistol War if they've got you pinned on the ground and are just playing with you, whip out a pre-pumped Secret Strike and kabamm. I knowthis may seem pretty obvious, but most people shot when theyre enemy is approaching(10 - 20 Metres away)

hold just at edge of range for the vulcan wait for he other to fire first, then storm them with a vulcan, nothing beats high number of foam raining down on your target. It can be overwhelming for anyone when that many darts are fired at you. I just have to be quick on my feet and keep firing.
