well title pretty much says it i dont know if that is the spelling of rscb, rsvb, rsvcb, i really do not know.I was thinking of buying a big blast when i get the money so I was wondering if a big can use a rscb clip.

Please use google before you ask silly questions. As a Nerfer, I reckon you should try to do your research before posting, If you said you 'did' research it, then you obviously a lie, I found a whole list of "How-To" just tying "RSCB Clip Nerf".

On the topic of RSCB's I have done extensive searches over all mediums but cannot find out an explanation of how exactly they work how to load or how reliable they are (range and loading)

You pop off the end cap (or open up the ball valve) at the back, load the darts in close up/pop back on the end cap/ball valve swing the blaster down and fire.
