    Dart Compatability Chart

    Post  {Frenzibrenzi} on Tue Jul 06, 2010 7:21 am

    Hey guys,

When I got my first Nerf gun this year (Recon CS-6) I noticed it came with a pamphlet that had a table on it, consisting of which darts work properly in which gun.

With that in mind, I've heard stories where total noobs put the wrong dart in there "pea-shooter", cock it back, then they have a heart-attack when they realize that they have fucked up there gun (O.K. maybe I'm exaggerating).

So I've decided to make a table consisting of which darts fit in which gun. I am fully aware that some darts work in guns that they are not meant to (e.g. Streamlines working in a Maverick). This is just what Nerf says. I will be constantly updating this when new guns come out yadayadayada.

Ok so here is the table

    Longshot CS-6

    Longstrike CS-6

    Recon CS-6

    Deploy CS-6

    Raider CS-6

    Alpha Trooper CS-18

    Stampede ECS-50

    Firefly REV-8

    Maverick REV-6

    Spectre REV-5

    Barrel Break IX-2

    Nite Finder EX-3

    Vulcan EBF-25

    Secret Strike AS-1

    Dart Tag FuryFire

    Dart Tag StrikeFire

    Magstrike AS-10

    Rapidfire AS-20

Anything that uses Suction darts is compatible with Whistler's and vice versa. Just to let you know.

I'm aware that some guns can use darts that arn't meant to be used in it. This is just what Nerf recommends.

I think that, for the sake of convenience, that you should also list the other types of darts that can be used. And for the record, the Maverick and Vulcan can use Streamlines, too.

The Hyperfire can also use streamlines, most rotating turret guns can fire every kind of dart Nerf make, also, an idea to make the list a little shorter, have the dart type and list next to it what blasters can fire it.

Agreed - the first post was an Uber-post, the sort I've only seen in Writeups. Although that said, I can hardly talk...
