    Really, really need one.
I saw one at Target Knox O-Zone the other day. Not sure if it's still there.

Grabbed a few $20 magstrikes at ap west and also a double darts mav on the clearance rack for $2 "dart shooter not rotating in line" one dart wasnt loaded all the way
in which slowed the mechanism down. Most simple fix yet.

I don't know if this is too far for anyone but I know that both K-Mart and Target in Charlestown Square (Newcastle) have Longstrikes.

Does anyone know where I can find a Spectre?

Look, I know. I am surprised you noticed that actually. I posted in 3 times in 2 different areas assuming that most people stuck to one general area. Splitting and multiple-posting is an effective way of increasing replies.

Other than that, I apologise and will leave they thread I opened as my only form of longing. I will refrain from posting more.

    This is what I do:

Ask in Questions Thread, see Available Nerf Blasters in Australia thread, PM a few people, pull a few strings, and then, if you STILL can't find any information, google it. And THEN make a new thread.

Actually, switch steps 1 and 2 around. Then add "buy an aeroplane ticket, backpack all over the world until you find your beloved spectre". That should do the trick.

    Haha, yes, thank you SuctionCup.

I have looked around at the Where To Buy and the Want To Buy threads.
Googling it really didn't work for me. At all.
I have already called the local Targets and K-Marts and they *say* they have none. Stores have been known to have things even when their staff can't find it or vica-versa.

I am not even going to consider E-Bay as it would cost me about $50AUD

True, but that means nothing. A local example is:
    Coles is Myer is K-Mart

Besides, I have read that people have spotted Spectres in Target and Toys 'R' Us.

Hmm. I've never seen return tables in my k-mart. Guess its because I live in Adelaide and all the bigger cities get the cool stuff.
Although I did go to a toys r us, and found the last hornet in stock. The thing was open, and had been used before, so I didn't know if it had been broken or not! Damn you returns!

On a high note, I returned a longstrike that I had broken when I was trying to mod it. Got my money back and got me a brand new recon and trooper. Thank god for that.

You returned something that you bought and then broke by tampering with it when it clearly says not to all over it.

    Thats pretty low.

Indeed this is a Derryn Hinch moment, Shame Sparks, Shame. All this talk of returning blasters that people have broken in fail mod attempts really gets up my goat. Like what the "BEEP" is up with that, take some freaking responsibility for you own actions and live with your mistakes. End rant.

YOU must Look my the lay-buy desk to find the returns rack/shelves/tables. That's where I found my $20 fully working Vulcan.

    That is all.

    Gooni.

WOOT FOUND A SPECTRE (plus other info)

Post  Klosteral on Tue Dec 21, 2010 8:23 am

    WOOT FOUND ONE

It was the last one in Target Kotara, hidden behind a few BuzzBee rifles and with slightly damaged packaging - but I didn't care. After testing its range I have found that it rivals both the Maverick and the NiteFinder. The mock "silencer" (barrel extention) looks cool and the folding stock is a handy tool (though it is better either extended or off completely). The 5-Dart rotating barrel is free-spinning by default so there is no "Russian Roulette" mod necessary here.

I love it; good luck finding one yourselves

In other news, K-Mart in Kotara has many NiteFinders for $10 each and 12-Dart Mavericks (6+6 Bonus) for $14. I picked up a few as pressies for mates.
Toys 'R' Us have many Recons for $34, Vulcans and Stampedes for $59 and 2 N-Strike Unity Systems (red and grey) for $69 each. There is also the usual buzz bee stuff.

There are also AirZone rifles and pistols along with a 4-Barreled "Gattling Gun". Check it out on YouTube, it looks pretty cool (but needs a paint-job).

    Happy Hunting,

Picked up a LS with Front Gun, and clip off the clearance table, because "Gun didn't fire". Ha, cleared 3 jammed darts, cycled the breech, and all is good. 20 bucks. Not bad.

Picked up the BBUMB as part of an incomplete Ultimate Blasters System because some kid couldn't get the gun to fire so it went to $24 and then some noob stole the useless guns so it went to $15.01.
