Okey dokey, this is an improvement to the other writeup on here, the advantage of this is you can change the Feed pipe so you can change your ammo capacity depending on what you need. Anyway, Lets get Started
What you Need:
- 15mm PVC T
- 2 20mm Conduit Couplers
- Alu (For barrel)
- 15mm PVC
- 20mm Conduit
First, Grab your 15mm T and cut the top off like this and then get your 20mm Conduit coupler and cut it at a 45 Degree angle.
Now grab your dremel and dremel them out to look like this. This is so the dart goes in smoothly
Now glue them together, I used a mix between superglue and hot glue, because they dry fast and together, quite strong.
Ok, now for the barrel. We will use PVC as it fits into the T easily. For some-reason mine didn't so i used a bit of etape to make it fit.
Get your Alu and cut it to the size you want and wrap e-tape around 2 spots (like in the picture) and hammer the PVC over it but leave a little bit at the top (like in the picture)
Now grab you dremel again and use the Cone Aluminum Oxide Wheel to Cove out the Edge of the Alu and Pvc to look like this and then fill in with hotglue, like the picture shows and then get a knife and cut away the excess hotglue with a knife. What this does is help the darts feed better into the barrel.
Now get a Small piece of 20mm Conduit and nest some 16mm Alu the same size into it to strengthen it and then wrap e-tape around one end and put it into the other side of the T so you can connect it to your gun. You can us e15mm PVC but nest Alu inside it for stability as well.
( I also ended up cutting it down a bit cause it was too big)
Now on to making an end cap for the 20mm Conduit feed pipe. Also note, Do not use 15mm PVC for this as it has too much dead space and doesn't work as efficiently.
Grab your 20mm Conduit coupler and some Plastic from a CD case. I used this as you can see though it easily to see how much ammo you have and it is readily available. Now just Glue it on.
And there you go, you can wrap it in E-Tape for looks or paint it, it Doesn't really matter. So have fun!
