Look for "Blue Foam" in the trading section. WAY better than blue foam and is stock dart length

Apparently you can get 13mm FBR at bunnings, although I haven't seen it. Clark Rubber definitely has it though.

I hear clark rubber is like 7bucks a metre or something. I'm not sure. You can also get it from home timber hardware - although all I've found is 10mm FBR)
