    QLD Mod Session 20th March

    Post  inf0rm3r on Tue Mar 08, 2011 7:59 am

I want to get this site launched and with me doing one mod a day to get a tutorial base it isn't going to work. So my idea is we all get together and make some content with our stock guns!

We'll have a mod party and document every mod we do at it and photograph / video where necessary.

    Details

    20th March (My Birthday) 10AM till 9PM
Address: Text me for address (0432 604 876)
Bring: Own Tools if possible, drills, dremels, screwdrivers, and of your your guns.

I'll have some drinks and stuff available and nibblies so we can concentrate

Please confirm via phone or Facebook if your coming!

Sounds like a great idea. I'd like to put a brass barrel and breach into a long shot, is this too technical for the day?

If the asianz come, then you have no worries about a brass breech
Keen for this sesh! I'll bring along some of my projects and try and get them done

Just a question, so is this session replacing the war you were going to have for your birthday?

Not too bad actually. Just need to bring the materials. Although you'll have to wait 3 days for the epoxy to cure.

OK I'll bring a new longshot and materials + tools, I'm not totally sure what brass I need, could someone tell me?

    The mods I'd like to do are;
    1. Remove locks
    2. Remove AR
    3. Dead space reduction
    4. Spring replacement
    5. Plunger pad
    6. Brass barrel

I can complete all except I'd like some guidance on the barrel. This should give you a total longshot overhaul guide.

That's cool. I've never heard of dead space removal on a LS.
