    Good, your learning.

But seriously, stop attacking people. Even if you a good reason to, you should still change the wording to make it sound like your correcting and improving them, not frowning or attacking them.

A good example is when clunk corrected you.

    RE: My problemo

I used Super Strength 3 day to fix the bolt nub to the brass bolt and was going by your PIC Heavy LS write-up and Modworks guide and assumed hot glue was used.

Will go back and try again..

    Cheers

About 4375 minutes in curing time. That and Super Strength Araldite takes a lot more punishment before it breaks.

Yep, pretty much the load rating is what is different.

@Royal, just checked my tutorial, and I can see how it could be a little confusing. Use the same araldite to glue everything on a LS - boltsled brackets/coathanger, brass bolt nested pieces, bolt to black piece, orange boltsled nub to bolt etc etc Hot glue is just for filling the dead-space.

Also, can we give some terminology to the orange bolt-sled nub thingy, and the black piece... ideas people?

Lol when explaining to friends, I call them "bolt piece" and "black plungertube thing".

I'm not so sure anyone would want to use the second one

Would it be worth re-barreling a longshot without a brass breech? How about other guns in general? Is there a guide I can read somewhere to learn about the process?

Gah, wouldn't arrive in time anyway. It says 4-6 weeks for delivery, but the event I want it for is the week of july 11th.

Another question: Does the barricade come in longstrike digital camo blue? And if so does anyone have one they're willing to swap for yellow?

In my world, I would just accept it for what it is in that the sizes of the 32mm bathplug and both the 32 pressure-PVC and 40mm downpipe PVC correlate with each other.

    How lucky are we indeed...

I understand the reasons for your opinions of each other but we do not need to see them on the actual boards as clutter; you can save it for CB.

    Sure:

    • Bolt Assembly - Rear Plunger Brake
    • Bolt Assembly - Front Nub Attachment

Let's see if we can streamline those terms a little.

The barricade doesn't come in digital camo blue but I'm sure Nerf will be releasing some new colour schemes soon.

What would be a good length for the barrel of a singled BBUMB? (Buzz Bee Ultimate Missile Blast)

And, what are the ranges/differences in ranges between a Longshot with a BT V2 spring and a combination of the stock spring and BT V2 spring?

What other mod's have you done, what darts are you using. Seriously, for the 10 minutes it takes to change spring set-ups, it would be much simpler and more significant if you tried it out yourself.

About the barrel length, it's best to make a set of barrels, especially if you coupler your blaster. Have a 12", 18", 24" and even 30" if you want. Then test them all out.

Also test darts. Darts and tip weights are very important.

No problems mate, it's a pretty quick job to do. It will also depend a bit on how hard it is for you to prime - range isn't always the important factor. No good having a blaster hit 130 feet, if it takes forever for you to load the breech.

I think this has been addressed a number of times. If you remove the o-ring from the blaster, and either measure it or take it to somewhere that sells o-rings (hardware, plumbing etc) and compare it, I'm sure you'll work out a replacement.

Plus, you'll have the added benefit of actually working out something for yourself.

    Cheers,
