I have one question for all you guys.

If you can import the sights from dealsextreme, hell you should have no problem with this one.

Btw you can get one almost like this @ dealsextreme for half that price.

No problems, as long as you aren't trying to bring in an airsoft gun with it

I have extensivly checked and to my knowledge there are no Eotech replicas at deal extreme.
By the way the reticle on the Holographic Sight actually appears to be a part of the target making it accurate as well as awesome

Funny how it says "For law enforcement" on the side when it's going to be on a Nerf gun

That's pretty sick, you can get crappy ones of ebay for like 20 bucks can't you?

Yes but I recommend against them. They have a dot if thats what your after but they don't have the feature of the dot visually imprinted on the target (hence the name holographic).

If you were after just a red dot not the visual imprint of the holographic sight then I would advise you to purchase a 'Red Dot Sight' instead since:

    1. The actual frame of the holographic sight is more obstructive than the simple frame of a 'Red Dot Sight'.
    and
    2. The cost is much lower for a 'red dot sight'.

How do you figure? The item description says its a "QD" base. To answer your question on whether it will be stopped by customs, a general rule of thumb: "Is it a firearm or is it part of a firearm"? You may say "Oh but it's a gun sight", however, to refine the rule: "Is it part of a firearm that is required for its operation?", basically anything external to a firearm, excluding silencers can be imported without getting Customs in a frenzy. As a side note, Customs has very useful fact sheets in regard to importing prohibited and restricted goods into Australia HERE. I visited this website when considering importing laser pointers (VERY heavy restrictions on these).

You can still have success with importing 5mW laser pointers from Kaidomain - just make sure that's not the only thing in the package!! Out of the 12 I've ordered, only 4 have been confiscated by custom's - not bad odds really.

Pro tip: It's not actually Holographic. These used to be sold on Deal Extreme, Winterstrike bought a couple.

It's just a red dot in a different casing, no actual holography used, just like the ACOG lookalikes do not actually use the fibre for lighting.

You get what you pay for
