Hey guys, a few questions from a newbie nerfer.
Hopefully going to be getting a stampede soon, with the following mods...
    16.8 v power increase
    9kg after-market spring
    Custom o-rings
    Plunger buffer/padding
...And was wondering what darts will fire best from this, if I'm just going to be making or buying some home brand darts? How heavy, what design, what length, etc.

I was also wondering, since I've never had a stampede myself, what attachments you can fit on it? Isn't a clear overview, and I was wondering if you can fit a scope, a scope and flashlight/laser attachment together, or only one fits at a time. If anyone has something close to a diagram that would be amazing, but otherwise just whatever you know about what you can stick on a stampede would be awesome.

    Thanks,
    KW

Dude, you can fit so much shit on a Stampede, it's insane. I think it has the most rails of any blaster. Also, your best bet is to make your own darts and find a weight you feels performs best. Or talk to Informer, I think he has something like a sample bag of all the darts he can/does make. Seriously, he's dart man, hahaa. If you need to know where to get sights/scopes/lasers Dealxtreme.com is your place to be. Also, the whole point of a Stampede is it's full-auto capabilities, so you'll want to use clips. Therefore, you'll want streamline length (the length that comes with the blaster) darts.

    Cheers,
    Cody

Yeh, you can really load-up a Stampede if you so wish, and Dealextreme has some decent scopes/sights. Admittedly, you only get what you pay for, and we're only talking Nerf guns!!

I find that darts weighing around 1.2g work best in my Stampede's.
    2 options:

Blue foam with small snap cap, and triple washers.

    OR

Blue foam with heavy sili-tips, and a cut-down tail.

For ease of building and speed, I'd personally recommend the heavy sili-tips. It will take you about 15 minutes maximum to make 100.

Clunk knows darts, for sure, but I would advise anyone to experiment and play around with stuff yourself. It's half the fun!
