Really dunno if I'll make this one. If I do, it won't be in Talon gear.

If anyone has a spare 15mm PVC end cap, I'd like to garb it off you at the war...

Looks like 26 coming, including myself and Pez7 + Dad and brother.
I'll add that Pez7's little brother will be packing a newly modified wipeout pistol and probably the lucky NF's.

Freaking YES!!!
If you've got some 15mm PVC left over I'd be happy to take it off your hands - approx 6 darts long.

I'll see what I can do.
If it was only 5 darts long would that still be okay? I should have enough for 6 but just in case.

Yeah that's fine, I've only got a clip for 4 darts right now. I may as well use my QuadShot.
I'm thinking 6 cause it's a nice number.

Sorry, I just checked, I only have a piece long enough for 3 darts.
I still have the end cap though, or I could lend you my dart door?

The endcap should be fine, though I do want to try out your dart door. It sounds very interesting!

Re: War Completed Please LOCK
Another great day of foam warfare thanks Thanh!
We arrived at the war late and after a hard night of high power nerf, I was a little worn and very bruised. The boys were straight into it and had a great time and mentioned the HvZ as their favorite game. There are now some really good young moders in the war scene, the stand out today was Plulse who absolutely nailed me over and over with his arsenal of high powered springers......damn you young people!
Look forward to the next one.

Re: War Completed Please LOCK
I'll be editing a video for the next SFW for a promo. If there is enough 'good footage' then I'll upload a seperate video of throughout the day. Which reminds me. If you're coming to these wars, don't take it too seriously. Just act casual about it, it's not like it's a competition or anything. We're just hear to have some fun and do some simple rules. Just remember to keep your head on right
If you're a kid there who shoots someone and boasts about it, don't boast. No one likes an arrogant little kid. I know you can get excited, but yeah. Fortunately that was only one kid who I don't know who came. If you are one of those, you will be discreetly destroyed by a shotgun of 4Bs to destroy your ego.
CTF was one of the highlights I reckon. People who capture the flag get so excited that the adrenaline rushes that when they even get shot by a high powered blasters on bare skin while running away, they don't feel it until later.
Team Deathmatch. Will always be a warm up game to play so people can get settled in with the basic rules of tagging and being tagged. It is great that we didn't have any cheaters (except for one incident where that boasty-like kid ran around without his bandana, that issue was resolved).
Retrieve and Retain. The only real way to get that 'package' back when it's been stolen is to rush as a team. You need two or three runners. Especially when the team is camping behind ONE tarp which was at the 'base'. The field was set up so that you could rush in the left, mid and right section to corner than. The triple magstrike rush was extremely effective, but you need some brave runners to slide and grab the box back.
HvZ - mixed likes about that. It's an alright game to play, some people like it, some people don't. The three winners of HvZ for them to be the last man standing were lefty's son's friend, my friend with the stampede and I think it was DesertKind (or someone with the alpha trooper).
sitras has given me a good idea which is a combination of demolition. R&R and infiltration. It's basically the reverse of the game of R&R. There is a bomb in the middle and your goal is to place the bomb at the ENEMY'S base. The game will last 5 minutes each round as the bomb will always be ticking until game over. Full rules of this game will supplied at the next war. I will probably have a countdown timer for this too.
Also guys, if you're bringing blasters which are in stock colours PLEASE place your name on your blaster. We didn't have an issue with it today where blasters were stolen, but it would be a good preventative. If you aren't participating or lunch break. Please place your blasters at the tree where the table is setup for drinks.
We will be back with more silicone tips! Only available for Kelvin Grove Wars. Thanks for coming guys, and as always see you all next time!
