$5 for a long strike is an insane price.

Demand isn't how catch of the day works. They specifically offer stuff at a really low price to drum up attention, and only offer 'while stock last' at that price.

LIKED! If there isn't a limit of how many you can buy expect me to have literally 10 in the mail in the first 10 minutes of the offer being live. That's cheap as. Also, if you look, the Longstrike has a whole bunch of likes compared to the others.

Ahh, at first I thought it was only the most liked deal would make it... But than I reread and first 6 make it. This is absolutely sick! Imma buy 10 or more...lulz.

Looks like its the 3rd highest (at time of this post), after the Havianas and the 1 PS3 they have in stock.

I'm assuming postage isn't included in the $5. Hopefully shipping is reasonable and only ~$15.
From history, typically with their sale days like this their is a limit of 1 to 2 per customer. I wouldn't be surprised if its limited to 1 per person so they can maximize the gain from inflated shipping costs.
Anyway, I would definitely get one if the site hasn't crashed, I happen to check out their site during the hour the longstrike goes on sale, its around half the price (shipped) I would expect to pay on a Target sale day and I don't get lagged out during the checkout process.

Yes Jacko, but on the other page it has well over 3000 likes. Although which one is correct, I'm not sure.

On the other page it only shows me which of my facebook friends have liked it... Weird haha

Yeah [TinFoilHat]facebook can be used to see what pages you are visiting without you knowing, which is a bit of a privacy concern I belive[/TinFoilHat]. I do hope this works, Tuesday for 12 hours (or until stocks last) right?

3000+ "Like" and I'm guessing they only have 20-30 units in stock, most people are going to miss out and get piss off... again. Just like so many of past COTD deals.

I wish Facebook has a "Dislike" or "Hate" button so we can see how many people clicking on it when they miss out on the deal. In fact I really wish Facebook has this button now so I can click it for Hasbro's big announcement of new blaster today - repainted Barricade.

Nobody knows yet.
The idea is that they will release 1 item for sale every hour.
It's up to you to camp out before every turn of the hour to ready the buying procedure.

LOL, 1-2 minutes in, even with 1 limit per customers, all sold out. Maybe COTD didn't even have 10 in stock. Scammer as I predicted.
