Interestingly if you look here, you'll notice that the breech isn't all the way closed. This is because the dart door is sprung much harder than in other blasters and actively forces the breech back a little.


However, when you prime the blaster or simply pull the priming handle all the way forward, it will fully close.

I don't know why I spent money on a Raider considering this beauty came out, (coming out in Australia) but I have to say it looks impressive and a DP, magnificent!
I shall soon be getting one of my own and modding it ^_^

A quick/daft question you used a Raider Aftermarket spring for it?

Raider is still the only way to get a 35 drum...

Reverse plunger springs won't fit. Either it or the Retaliator will have a spring upgrade before a game on Saturday.

Have you tried putting in a c836 or cut down k26? :-P

Not to drift off topic, but at the last war, some of us Sydney guys were talking about how the C-836 spring is extremely inefficient. The power it outputs is low compared to the amount of force required to prime it. This is technically speaking though, and given their easy availability, I don't think we're going to stop using them for Nitefinders any time soon.

Only noticed this due to Clunk's bump sorry guys. c836 won't fit without a decent amount of effort. Stock nitefinder spring will however work with the stock spring still in it as well.
