    blaster colours

Post  tacticalnerfer on Thu Jan 10, 2013 11:41 am

Hey I was just wondering what colors are allowed in general wars as I am wanting to paint an alpha trooper and a magstrike blue with black accenting. Can someone please tell me if this would be allowed at a war.

    thanks

Varies from group to group. Generally provided it still looks like a toy, you should be safe.

Different state to you, so the exact rules will be different, but have a look at

    http://www.police.vic.gov.au/retrievemedia.asp?media_id=70080

(pdf file) for a rough idea of what to think about and what to watch out for.

As long as the blue is not too dark. Just because some blue when seen from afar looks black. Navy Blue for example. As long as it's brightly coloured.

That is just for Brisbane Wars I host anyway.

Thanks. I will probably be attending the Brisbane nerf wars and the blue is metallic

just to clarify, would this kind of paintjob be too dark of a scheme for your wars? I was going to bring it along to the next one I go to, but I'm not sure.

Yeah that paintjob is too dark unfortunately. I just don't want to be dealing with the po pos. You could put bright tape on it as something temporary.
