I like the idea of all the different kinds of darts, but the filter you put on them doesn't look too good on the smaller darts.
You use paint.net, correct? Again, the text needs to be more readable, possibly being outlined in black. I am not familiar with paint.net, but if there is a way to add more shape to the text, such as beveling it, that could add to the overall appeal.
If you make the background such that it is not visibly squared, you might want to consider cropping less of the gun, as it might look odd having it blend in with the background, and only showing a portion of it. Sorry if that didn't make a lot of sense.
