Tell us your tips, tricks and just downright random stuff that you do with your guns (not modding, but wielding Longshots one-handed, doubling up clips etc.) so that we can all do it and all be better players.

I'll get started - this is a trick which I'm not sure if anyone else does or not, but here goes -
Load Streamlines into the clips with the little hole on the tip facing down into the clip. I find that it makes them go much farther, become much more accurate and jam much less than just putting them in any which way. I don't know why this is, but it's probably something to do with aerodynamics (Reaper use big word! Reaper happy!).

Anyway, what are your tricks for making your guns perform better without modding?

EDIT: Has anyone heard of my trick before? I'm curious.

this isnt realy for range but i can fit 7 streamline darts in 1 clip,
just use the first 2 darts fairly fast, so the rest dont get mangled

It's not recommended that you put 7 streamlines because that's way too prone for jams.

This thread screams "I'm Reaper the big noob and I want all of you to teach me stuff plskthnxbai". Learn and figure out your own tricks by participating in nerf wars or by physically talking to people.

This is blue foam, we're trying to minimise the damage of them,

@Winterstrike - that isn't what this is about. At all. I could say the same for the 'Battle Tricks' thread further down. Basically, on a very, very basic level, this is just a bragging thread. Anyway, I find that putting 7 Streamlines in a clip causes jams.

Although this requires a mod, sometimes I load my clip with 6, stick it into my LS and close the breech, then I take out the clip (which requires a mod to be able to do) and stick in one more dart.

As for putting them with the hole down, I have not tried it, but I might sometime, though in the heat of battle seems a bit tedious :p

Foe the drum clips I find it jams less if you make sure your streamlines have a back bias, me thinks the plastic tips cause too much friction.

Ive always liked to load only 5 rounds into my ls clips. i dont know why but i think i was having jaming issues with the 6 round per clip and it kinda became habit

Alright im guessing that the threads are getting worse and worse but anyway. Putting a long length of foam that is to large for a barrel material makes the foam straight and a nice fit.

It's not tedious, and you won't do it in the heat of battle if you have preloaded clips (as I do).
