    Hi all,

I'm another old bloke who got hooked up in nerf modding.

I've been modding for a couple of years, and lurking around here in the background for a while.

I really enjoy modding, and think it's a great way for kids to pick up new skills (in a fun way) as well.

I'm not that interested in the wars, more so improving performance and reliabilty of certain models.

I do however have 2 sons, and a smartarse comment can lead to an "incident" where we pull everything out and let rip for an hour.

Look forward to meeting you all.

    Cheers,

Welcome, the more QLD'ers the better.

I really look forward to seeing some of your mods and seeing some more of the parts I hear you produce.

Not interested in Wars!? Have you been to one before! There's not point modifying Nerf Blasters if you can't put it to the test!

    Through!

    - Reliability
    - Accuracy
    - Practicality
    - and Range!
Most important of all, does your blaster outperform the others!

If you're from Brisbane, take a squander at the Salisbury War that I'm hosting. Especially with blasters that are cardboard piercing, leaving welts and bruises, bring it on!

Hope your sons are able to handle this :).

Those brackets make the boltsled SOLID! You don't see a bend when you bend it by hand anymore. Very good quality shit :D. I went ghetto and used clothes pegs to hold it together lol.

    Hi All,

    Thanks for the replies.

I did say I'm "not THAT interested in wars", not "not interested at all"

There's certainly plenty of accuracy and distance testing going on at my place.

I am the bloke with a couple of products on ebay, and a couple more in the pipeline, but didn't want to come onto your forum "hocking my slot" in my first post.

I actually registered and post in this forum because a couple of customers said to.

It is great what you guys are getting up to, both technical skills and sports in the one hobby.

I do my modding and my products because I really enjoy it.

    Cheers,

Sounds like we got our selfs some challangers. You boys had best come to one of the brutal indoor massacres hosted in these part on occasion.

Hey Lefty, that sounds like a great plan. Something I'm working on at the moment. Not real easy - accommodation, time off work, having no idea how to get around Brisbane etc etc. But not impossible.
