As everyone was talking making shotgun grips (or the posts I've read), I remembered that SG nerf made an awesome looking shotgun grip.
    Thus: http://modworks.blogspot.com/2010/05/nerf-longshot-mod-shotgun-grip.html
Everything looks good expect, I can't find polycarbonate anywhere!
I've checked the local stores and looked around on the internet but i can't find much.
If anyone knows where to get some or if they have any, please PM me.

I don't think that polycarb is available in Australia. Try using acrhylic sheets, thats what brad substituted polycarb for on his Ausbows.

    Polycarb is available in Australia.

Problem is, unless you can find someone to supply off-cuts, you have to buy 2.4m x 1.2m sheets. Finding full sheets on the internet is easy...

You're building something that's going to endure alot of strain and pressure. Strength should be your primary concern, not cost. Otherwise, don't bother, as you'll be constantly fixing/replacing it.

    Try this site here:
    http://www.plastix.com.au/product.html
Never dealt with them before, but someone over at the overlockers forum said they
    were great.

    Say WHAAAATTTT?

I use 100% polycarb on my ausbows now. I only used acrylic due to lack of materials.

Anyway, check local plastic suppliers, but, if you dont buy offcuts you'll most likley be going to about $200 just for polycarb
You also need 3mm polycarb for the grip and 6mm for the sides.
oh and a heat gun to mould the polycarb into shape.

EDIT: DO NOT USE ACRYLIC!!! If your going to do something, do it right. Get polycarbonate, other-wise your just wasting money!

Polycarb offcuts? Ask anywhere that sells polycarb. They're evidently not going to list it in any catalogues, but ask them. You'll be surprised at how much you can find.
