I'm spraying my LS this weekend. How should i spray it and what colour should i paint it.

This is how i think i should paint it.

    1.Sand it
    2.Wash and dry it.
3.2 mediem (sorry forgot how to spell it) coats of primer of 5 minutes beetween each coat
4.Then 5 thin coats of paint with 5 minutes between each coat.
5.wait 1 hour for it to dry fully.

    Can somebody answer my questions

    Here we go again...

For starter's, this should really go in the questions thread.
Secondly, it's a good idea to read this: http://www.oznerf.com/t2096-oznerf-s-frequently-asked-questions

If you're chasing specific information on painting, then try this: http://www.oznerf.com/t2810-paint-brands-on-nerf-guns?highlight=paint+brands

No one can tell you what colour to paint your blaster. If you don't have the creativity/imagination to think of a colour/scheme, then no doubt your paint job will look like crap.

I'd be interested in knowing what primer you're using, to be able to re-coat after 5 minutes.

For topcoat, it's no point saying you'll do 5 coats. You need to assess after each coat, to determine how many you will actually need. Once again, 5 minutes between coats is a joke, unless you want a really shitty-looking blaster, that's full of runs.

Also, you're pretty much kidding yourself if you think the paint will be cured in an hour, after laying down 7 coats of paint in under an hour.

You'll probably want to look at using a clear lacquer as well.

If you're stuck for ideas for paint schemes, just use google images.

I'm fairly well set on my camo's, I just try different colours. Rarely do I know what colour I'm going to paint a blaster, until I've primed it. I look at what colours I've got (around 40 haha), and try and group 3 or 4 together.

If you're interested in camo methods, have a look at this:
