This is how you make an RSCB. You may need diffrent mesurements depending on what blaster you're using it on.

Its designed to attach to a coupler fitted onto your blaster of choice.

    You will need

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb1

    From Bunnings:
-15mm PVC pipe. One section will do
    -15mm Tee piece.
    -15mm Elbow joint.
    -15mm end cap.

Because I have a Faucet Socket on the end of my Big blast I'm using that screw socket as well. I wouldn't recomend using Faucet Sockets becasue it takes longer to take off, and you need a screw socket on the end of your barrels as well.

    Also
your barrel material of choice. it needs to have a tight fit on the darts its using, if its too loose it will fire more than one dart. But if too tight it won't work at all.
I'd recomend OZ Nerf Moderator CPVC or 17/32 inch brass

    Tools:
-Hacksaw, or something to cut the pipes
-Electrical tape (Don't use the yellow stuff pictured. it sucks hard!)
    -File
    -pocket knife or scaple

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb2
Start by cutting a 3 to 4 cm piece of 15mm PVC. This will attach the Elbow to the coupler of the blaster. this will all dry fit toghter nice and tight. You dont to have to worry about making the cuts smooth. just get rid of the burrs with a knife or file.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb3
    Like so.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb4
Then cut about 8cm of 15mm PVC pipe. This will attach the elbow to the Tee piece.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb5
The length of this section needs to be high enough so a pipe can fit over the top of your blaster.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb6
Then cut a 14 inch section of 15mm PVC for the clip. the lenght of the clip will vary depending of the air output of your blaster. Making the clip too long will result in too much dead space and vastly reduced ranges. you could always experement with diffrent sizes to see what works best for your blaster. but 14 inches is great for a big blast.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb7
Then take 12 inches of barrel and a 3 to 4 cm peice of 15mm PVC. 17/32 inch brass is sold in 12 inch lenghts so you don't need to even cut.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb8
Then either glue or E tape the 3cm PVC onto the back of the barrel. make sure you have a good seal.

    RSCB Clip writeup. Rscb9
Stick the barrel onto the front of the Tee and the clip onto the back. then put the end cap over the back of the clip and your done. you can also put E tape over the joints to make them sit on better.

    RSCB Clip writeup. RscbBrass
and here it is with a brass barrel.
