Just wondering if anyone in Melbourne has found a hobby shop that stocks brass.

    Thanks Boothy

My advice to you would be google search hobby stores (usually ones that have RC stuff in it) and call them up to ask for specific brass sizes. At some toyworlds, it is known that they stock Brass as well.

Rc store on Old Gelong rd and I'm guessing there could be some stores by Werribie station, but I go to Vic hobby center for mine.

    In Melbourne itself:

    • Hearn's Hobbies, downstairs, in Flinders Street at the corner of Elizabeth

    • Hobby Place, in Lonsdale Street between Swanston and the Melbourne Central bridge

    • Victorian Hobby Centre in Swanston Street just up the road from Flinders, opposite the church

I know for a fact that all three have brass for modelling. I would suggest that you ring them, however, to check that/whether they have the size and amount you need.

    hope this helps,

    aro
