Okay modded nf, c836, c850 catch spring, 20mm coupler nested into is 20mm conduit, and in that 16mm when I first shot it the dart hardly shot far, I then moved the Dart the front of the 16mm conduit and it should like 3ft!! What could be the problem?

How good is your plunger seal?

Well your problem could be one of the following:

Your barrel is too long (has to be between 9-12 cm)

The seal is either too horrible (loose) or too tight.

Or not lubricated thus slowing plunger.

Or Finally it could simply be a bad dart.

Teflon taped, 2 orings. lubricated a few weeks ago but in an airtight container.

    Relube then?

    Hey again,
Relubed and took away an oring because the seal look like it was suffocating but anyway the 16mm conduit isn't ver snug or smooth, and the dart is still shooting only a tad out of the barrel,

    Any suggestions will be helpful.

Sounds like you need some WD40. It fixes everything

How can the 16mm be too loose? Perhaps your darts are pretty bad.

4 different streamlines used when one put on the plunger it snapped in half and the others were just testing, here's the barrel set up,

Conduit coupler-20mm, glued on the base of the plunging tube, 20mm conduit nested into that, and pretty loosely my 16mm conduit in that.

Oh okay, yeah try just wrap some e-tape around the 16 mm conduit tubing. This should improve seal a bit.

The seal has to be perfect but not to thick that it will slow down the plunger.

Also you need to eliminate dead space.

Maybe it's the seal between the plunger tube and coupler. Did you glue it on?

Yes, like a boss, after reading this I pulled on the hotglue or coupler and the top bent a bit...

Should I check it out? Cut off the old glue and Reapply it?

    Boom!

Done...... It all works, my brothers godfather randomly stopped by and amazingly is an electrician,
He helped me fix the gun and boom.

    Thanks for all your help.

(don't know why I wrote 'boom' a lot.)

Also just tested the ranges around about an average of 70-80ft.
