K-Mart, Big W, and Target normally have the best prices. As to which one on any specific blaster at an given time varies as to who has stuff on sale.
Toys'R'Us normally has a decently selection but is typically more expensive than the other major retailers.

Big W are the cheapest I have found, Target have a slightly better range but are a little more expensive, however.... Target have some online specials which you can pick up in store if you can wait a week or to for them to be shipped to the shops layby dept... I picked up an aplha tropper for $22 from a target online order.
I also found a Rayven on oo.com.au for $27 shipped to my door.
type "nerf shop" into google every few weeks an see what comes up
I dont think Kmart stocks Nerf.. well not on the gold coast anyways.
as a side note if you are new to nerf- I have found most old N Strike blasters suck unless u mod them... go the elite plunger blasters as they work well stright out of the box.
