Just making a thread where people can post what guns they have got from a clearance bin and how much.

I have got a longshot for $6 and 1 for $20. fixed them in 5mins.
    Also a few others.

    $6 :O What a find.

I've found about 5 LS's all up. Usually for $20 though.

Have also seen lots of $5 Double Shots, cheap Magstrike's (quite often with a burst bladder though) and a couple of Vulcans for around $40 (a while ago)

We have had a similar thread about Kmart clearance bin earlier this year but it was locked due to it being more like a gloating thread.

Oh yeah, talking about gloating on bargain Longshots, so far mine include one at $5, four at $10, one at $11 and one at $15.

Yeh, sometimes you don't even have to leave the house. Latest rates and leasehold rent - nearly $7000 p.a.

Wow.. must've been really dumb kids who jammed their blasters badly!

I've had a few good pick ups from the Kmart clearance stuff. 2 LS', one was $19.50, the other $10. The funny thing about the former is that I bought it thinking I might need to open it up to fix something, but it had absolutely nothing wrong with it! Maybe the previous owner thought it was supposed to go further, being such a big blaster lol

The $10 LS, there was a dart jamming the priming mechanism. Luckily there was a cutlery set in the clearance bin so I used that as well LOL

There's also the $15 Ammo Box + 100 whistlers. Clunk you might still have that box. Again, no idea why it was returned, didn't seem defective to me.

I have got quite the lot in my history:

    Longshot $22
    Longshot $15
    Longshot $20
    Stampede $29
50 darts from ammo box (no box) $4.50
50 darts from ammo box (no box) $4.50
    Maverick double pack $14
    Maverick double pack $14
    Maverick $6
    Magstrike $10

    That's all..... I think

haha - yeh mate, still got that ammo box. Probably the best deal I've ever got from the clearance rack... Although I did get a Tek3 for $0.50 last week. The kid loves it... lol

My local kmarts have no clearance bins and by the sounds of it, they throw great stuff in there But on a plus side, my Bigw and Toys r us have clearance bins and the best stuff I ever found were a 500 pack of splat balls for $5 and a recon body for $6.70 but they aren't as good $20 longshot

On topic but not Kmart: me and my two friends went into Toy World (where Stampede's were priced at $109 at the time) and after rummaging around, one of the sale's guys came up and pointed out two Stampede's labelled "NOT WORKING" for $25 each.

They took them back to my house, we opened them up, didn't find anything wrong, put them back together and hey presto; they magically fixed themselves!

Back to Kmart bargains I got:

    - Stampede $20 (not working but complete kit, so worth it for the clips and for the shell to cut up and play with)
    - Magstrike $15 (broken clasp around the bladder, fixed it)
    - Double Shot $5 (labelled as "Does not work" but it works fine...)
    - Deploy $16 (had darts and shoulder strap stolen; clip was inside blaster and it worked fine)
    - Longshot $25 (had darts stolen out of it. Everything else was intact and working)
    - Max Force Maximizer $15 (had ammo pellets stolen from it. Everything else intact and working... no freaking idea WHY I got it or what to do with it though...)

I think I got some other bits and bobs but honestly can't remember... but I frequent it since I only live two blocks away from a 24hr Kmart

Got magstrike $12 (bladder had a split), barricade with stock (someone jammed the darts in too far and it jammed .Just took darts out and it worked) $6, and x-shot stealth for 50¢ plunger rod snapped near loop.

Have you been to the Dande Plaza one? And have you seen a clearance bin at the Dandy Plaza K-Mart? Also have you ever been to Waverly Gardens? As I'm a woolworths cashier there, have work tomorrow, so have you ever seen a clearance bin at Target or BigW?

Haven't had any luck at Kmart yet, Though I picked up a Long shot for $25 at BigW, apparently the clip wouldn't slide in cleanly. As it turned out, the reason was that one of the side screws wasn't fasted tightly enough. So 10minutes and one screw driver later its working fine

Dang. All I've found was an ammo crate for $15 off because half the darts were missing.
Then when I tried to leave the store, the security accused me of stealing the darts that were in the crate.
It took another team member to inform them that the darts were actually supposed to be in there.
    Idiots...

I wonder if you could set something up, so that you and a friend went and checked out your local Kmart, bought the gun you (or your friend) wanted, returned it claiming you were not satisfied, then came back to search the clearance bins for your "faulty" gun?

You can try, but that's just dodgy-as and bad karma to you.

Anyway you won't know when they will put your returned gun in the bin and other people would have bought it before you can get to the shop. If you return too many times, I'm sure they will have your name and record to keep track.

Sure you could do that, or you could just steal the gun off the kmart rack too.

That is almost as bad as the kid who tried to modify his gun, broke it, then took it back claiming it was faulty. Disgusting.
