Odd, I just logged in using FF, usually using Chrome and I have a reply button Perhaps logging out, and logging back in, clearing your cache might help too and running CCleaner to clear cookies etc.

I'm using hotdoggy as well and have no issue. Did you have an update or change any setting recently?

Try doing a page fresh (F5) as sometimes the cache isn't read correctly.
Failing that, clear cache web content then reload the page.
