I think you are going to have trouble finding anyone willing to sell you those. For example, you can buy Alpha Trooper for $29 from Target, there is no way anyone willing to sell you one with the drum mag AND including postage for less than $29. The postage itself can cost $10 or more. Maybe if you can find someone where you can go pick it up yourself then you can save on the postage fee.

I realise this, however 2nd hand items dont carry the same value as a brand new item.

Someone might have bought an AT/Raider and not been impressed, if they want to let it go for less than they paid who am I to stop them?

Ideally I just want the drums.

Unfortunatly for you the price of a 2nd hand Nerf gun is probably equal to retail unless its on of those mega expensive ones like the stampede. So I doubt you will get any feedback unless prices change since 2nd hand doesn't mean anything in regards to nerf related items.
