Big Blast Aluminium Trigger Replacement (2 Piece, Aliminium/Copper)

Sick of your big blast breaking under the pressure, got 3-4 spare hours and love your gun do the following. I take no credit for this design my friend and I were brainstorming for a design to replace it and this was the quickest cheapest efficient option. Don't be a loser and commercially sell it or I will kill you.

Tools/Materials

- Dremel
- Hacksaw with twin saws
- Nail
- Drill
- Plyers
- Grinder (If your impatient)
- Patience
- Common Sense (Don't kill yourself)

- Aluminium
- Copper Sheet
- Nail

Basically you have to simply use common sense and use the above tools to create the shape out in the picture below. then drill a hole for the nail and with your copper simply bend it around the nail until tight. Position the cuts in the copper to where your spring in the trigger is.

You will need to slightly dremel your shell to fit the trigger in, take this slowly or you will take to much off. The piece the rail of the trigger sits in may also need some light dremel work.

Finished product, this was one of the first ones, as we make more they continue to get better and more accurate.

They are really simply to make have a go just be patient. Producing these is expensive as they do take 3-4 hours to complete. Even if I charge $10 an hour it will cost you $60.00 including materials.

My friend has made 4, for use in our own guns and that's taken a nights work the Nerf sweatshop, we are fast workers, we completely maxed out 10 big blasts in 4 hours minus the triggers.

Hm.... aluminium triggers for big blast anyone?

It would be very popular to have a copy of the original, out of my last batch of BBBB's (12) 4 triggers have broken, I've replaced 3 of those with aluminum replacements and they work like wonders.

Even a copy of the Lanard version would work as it does break easier, however that gun has a plastic firing pin which I'm not sure could be replaced if you even wanted to.

Who would be interested in solid aluminium pieces?
