I used the cheap stuff on my Home made shell for a titan. It worked quite well, but it wasnt a nerf blaster, so it could/would depend on the material
that's being painted.
I was impatient , and smudged mine then put paint where
I didn't want it, so its a little messy in the middle, but here is a few pics on how it turned out:
It turned out good for cheap paint, but the orange was done with white knight squirts or fiddly bits, and it wasnt as bright as it should be >.>. Dont think
I'm buying squirts again. But the Australian export was great, and the red is awesome,
I call it Titan red.
And with the pull apart, I definitely recommend that, unless your hand painting, but even then you should. Take a pic of the internals before you take them out, then sand both sides of
shell paint, let it dry, then place internals back in. Or, you could cover up the trigger and other moving areas etc and paint. Read guides on the internet first. There is a fabulous hand painting/spray painting one over at
