    Singling isn't that great. You can get greater distances with the right darts, breech and spring.

    You also can still use clips.

    The only reason most people single a Longshot is because they have broken their boltsled and don't want to replace it. You would be much better off buying the boltsled reinforcement brackets from OzNerfNerd on eBay so you can add a heavy spring and keeping the clip system for a much higher RoF.

    I agree with Swatsonia and Oxy. You're much better off with a clip-accepting LongShot. ONN's bracket's are really cheap insurance as well. You don't have to do a brass-breech if you don't want to.

    Might as well keep your clip usage anyway if you are able to get the same range with them.
