Is there a standard foam being used?

Hey peeps, noob to this forum but been into nerf for yonks,
just about to start modding this summer, once my uni finishes at the end of next week, and i was wondering if there is a standard foam used in NSW nerf wars, or if u can use whatever u want, i dont want to start modding then find out my foam isnt aloud in the wars.
I remember seeing something about the red and blue foam only being used, and no white foam aloud or something, but i can no longer find the post.

Just to add on to what swatsonia posted - of course there's the standard streamline, whistler, suction darts we get from Nerf.
