Just a few suggestions for you ...

Before posting a question next time a good thing to do is troll/search the forums and google search a lot for an answer.
If you can't find the answer then ask the question.
It just prompts people to try first, not being lazy and then expecting someone else spoon feed them.
It's not that the people here don't like helping, just that it's always nice if you can do it yourself then ask for help if you can't.
Always supply lots of information so people know what you are asking for or talking about.
