eBay is the cheapest out there... What sort of prices are you calling expensive? Under $40 including shipping and your doing alright.

this looks pretty decent and for $25 thats pretty cheap. just look around im sure you will find something.

Unfortunately, your cheap budget means that you won't be able to afford a modular system, and will have to purchase a fixed vest.
