Hi I'm Yoman and I'm a Nerf-a-holic

My buddy and I saw the Kmart NERF sale not too long ago and decided to go have a look. He bought a Barricade, I got a Recon and a 100 streamlines ammo box and we split a $20 Maverick 2-set so we had one each.

Since then I've been to Kmart and Target about 3 times each to get more guns. I'm planning to paint them all up and do minor, simple mods on a lot of them, like taping up holes and 'penny' mods if I can. (I found 10c coins fit just right)

My collection consists of, in order that I've bought them:
1 Recon;
1 Maverick;
2 100-dart Ammo boxes;
1 Vigilon (Just to see what the disc-guns were like - I dont like them)
1 Alpha Trooper;
1 Spectre;
1 Longstrike;
1 Speedload 6
2 Sharp Shots;
2 Reflexes;
1 Secret Strike;

My parents already dislike my fast addiction, but I still want to get the Barrel Break, some Scouts, and I'm thinking about the Stampede and Raider. I don't really want to get battery-required guns.

I have already painted my Recon a dark glossy red and made a gun case from an old suitcase, below.

For my first spray I think I did alright. The paint kinda stuck though, so I've already bought new, different ones.

I love my sci-fi action military films but I'm not a Trekkie. I am a gamer though - I love my Halo, not so much COD.[code]

Welcome! I agree, nice work on the paint, the case really compliments it too. I suggest some gold detailing on the recon, I reckon that'd look fantastic with that case.
