I have a couplered and plugged BBUMB, and was wondering about how long the barrel of the speed loader, or breach, should be? Longer barrels can slow a dart down, but so can shorted barrels Help me!

30-40cm is generally the best length for the BBUMB. For a plugged BBUMB anyway.

I've got 350mm worth of 16mm conduit on one of my BBUMB's at the moment and I'm pretty happy with it.
Barrel length is very much a trial and error game unfortunately. Cut a few lengths and try some for yourself.

Yep, definitely trial and error.
Too many factors... barrel material, dart type, dart weight etc
For mine, I've found that 60 to 65cm of petg nested in conduit works perfectly for Titan/BBBB, and around 30 to 35cm of the same barrel material for shotblast/UMB etc. That's with custom-weighted pink foam.
