I was looking hard at the Firestrike internals when they popped up and the plunger tube seems to have more bore diameter, but less length than a Nitefinder. If the capacity is the same, this should theoretically be better than a Nitefinder. But I reckon that the extra bore diameter won't be enough and we're loosing capacity in the new model.

When my ones arrive, I'll take one apart and have a look inside and take some measurements. But in actual fact, I'm a little disappointed that the Firestrike isn't anywhere near as good as a Nitefinder in terms of ease of modding. I don't think it's an easy blaster to let newbies start with any more.

Ill have to get one of these when I find one. Looking forward to compare it with a NF.

I haven't compared plunger tubes yet, but I may get a chance over the next couple of days to have a look at it.

Really, it's still as simple to mod as a NF, just a few steps require a little precision.

    Cheers,
