    Hey all,

Yesterday my Vulcan blaster stopped working, it won't autofire. If i cock it and fire it works fine.

Checked the battery voltage and that's all good.

    Any ideas where to start?

    Cheers

Does it sound like the motor is trying to spin up or does absolutely nothing happen?

Well this wont help, but i have had this happen before. But with the state of my memory, i have no idea what it was that was causing the problem.

Nothing happens, can't hear the motor at all.

    It will fire manually.

I was thinking of checking that the switches were working and maybe trying to power the motor directly.

Servulus, did you end up getting it fixed?

    Cheers

    Ok, got it fixed.

Had some bad connections through the battery pack.

All the batteries read 1.6v, and the whole plack read 9+v but one of the batteries wasn't holding a charge. Subbed it out, and it all worked.
