Yeah i used to watch I fanatically when Billie Piper was the shit(am i allowed to swear??), but then we got a new HD TV and i made it look like a set and ruined the whole show for me.
This new guy seems interesting, wha tdo u think of him?? personallly i prefer David Tennent but he left on his own accord so i wont shed any tears

I'm a fan, I've been watching series 5 on ABC iview. I missed out on the first episode though so i'm annoyed about that.
I find the new doctor to be a lot of fun to watch, his curiosity is very upbeat. But then that is the doctor.
I would love to re-watch series 4 as it's been awhile. Need another marathon on foxtel i think.

There's one thing you never put in a trap if you value your continued existence, one thing that if you have any plans about seeing tommorow you never ever out in a trap.

Doctor Who
I was a big fan a few years ago but here in the states we only get reruns, so my point of reference is pretty old. My favorite doctor was Tom Baker, so that may give you an idea of how far back I go.

Re: Doctor Who
For some reason I prevered the first few seasons back when it was on at 6:05 (I think) it just seemed different to the new seasons, they just freak me out when I saw my first one a few years ago.

I do like Matt Smith as the Doctor but Amy Pond frankly bores me, you do you guys think.

I remember that they were repeats of the early doctors from when it was first made.

Quite right. It makes it win.liam_skywalker wrote:Just because the monsters are made of tin foil and bubble rap dosn't make it fail.
I used to love watching the old series. Great for a laugh. not only just for the budget monsters. But also how every planet would be the same quarry. Or the super weak "judo Chop" that instantly paralises anyone.

I love Dr who. I've seen most of the new stuff plus a lot of the older series as well. Have any of you guys watched the comedy special with Rowan Atkinson? It's great.

Re: Doctor Who
Yes that's who Rowan Atkinson is. He played Dr.Who in a just for laughs special and the guy that played Elizabeth's father in pirates of the Caribbean was the master. It's pretty good.

Re: Doctor Who
Dr Who is older than the lot of you, cant believe that show is still popular or that it got its own thread! The show is a cult classic that has never died.
