    Hey all,
    Today i recived another vulcan belt so i modded the two that i have together.

    Step 1 take one end on each belt off

    Step 2 cut a slit in left hand side belt.

    Step 3 attach as so

    Step 4 put case back on

    Your Vuclan is gonna break if you use that. It is too heavy on the gears and breaks the rotation mechanism.

    Yes i noticed that this morning so i now hold it diffrently so that my hand holds some of the chain as it comes out so there is less pressure on the gears. do u have a vulcan?

    I know this is an old topic but i reckon this is pretty important. When i did this mod the end piece that connected was griping my belt really tight and i was worried that it would damage the material. To fix this i took a stanley to the plastic so that it had a hole similar to the one on the other side. Here's a pic

    actually i used one of those in my belt mod. my old one and my new one. gust use a gray end piece instead of a green and put the green one back at the front. sorry about the necro guys i thought it was important enough to add and i couldn't make another topic it would just be stupid. Please forgive.
