Left-handed LS clip release Empty Left-handed LS clip release

Alright, I searched all sort of stuff and couldn't find anyhting like this so here it goes. Myslef, like 10% of the population, is left handed, this is a pain sometimes, in particular with my LS clip release.

I have an idea (yes I know this is a concept threa but my dad thinks that it can't be done but I beg to differ) Is there a way that you could attack a small piece of wire the the right side clip release tab (or the rod inside), run it through to the other side, and have like a small key ring to grab into?

If my explanation isn't that great then I Apologise, tell me an I will try ro explain better, but it is really annoying me and in my head, it sounds completely do-able.

I have just done this recently myself, I used wire cut up from a coat hanger, bent it into shape and used 2 part epoxy to glue it into place

THANKYOU!!!! OMG soo doing this now, it;s soo annoying having to either mutilate your finger around the gun to release, or use your front hand, grabbing my dad now to show him this.

    thanks man

lol I never had a problem with this.

Ever tried to grab the clip with your right hand and then push the clip release with your thumb?

lol yean that works well but i have a shotgun grip on mine, whith a handle grip on it, which is attacehd to the front gun aswell, so after i cock it back, it slided about half way closed again, making the thumb option impossible. this sounds weird but ill post pis in the picture thread and it will all become clear .

so making a left release, i can use my left hand index finder in the release, hold the breech open with 3 fingers and remove the clip with my thumb and index.
