    Pictures go here.

And I wouldn't allowed that to be brought to ANY Nerf War.

Nice job though, the glossy makes it look like cheap plastic from crazy clarks.

Nice job, although it would look better in my opinion if it weren't so glossy. Anyway, liitlebro05 is right, post those pics in the pic thread.

    Nice Paint job, looks good.

But this is now just a gun for use at home, because at nerf wars we need to make sure our guns cant be mistaken for a real gun whatsoever. For this reason we mush ask that those who paint their guns please paint them in very bright colours. Or to have 2 guns one you can paint to show off and another for war use.

I know this sounds a bit rough and well it is. But with laws on toy guns now getting tougher and tougher, because people are using them now to for armed hold-ups, the laws are going to make it nearly impossible to own a gun toy or otherwise that look too much like the real thing.

This is why our nerf guns can be used, cause of their colour schemes.

    not really.

In a perfect world scenario, that would be fine. But it would be up to the war organiser if they would allow it. So it would be best to ask the war organizer of the war you plan to attend.

Are you planning on taking your vulcan to a war?

If so what, if any mods have you done?

Have you tried to run around with it at home for over an hour?

Many kids find the vulcan cumbersome and hard to run with, i use the vulcan as my primary weapon, but i am 6ft1 (184cm) tall and an adult. My vulcans have had their AR's removed, and have had their springs upgraded too. I am also running 50 shot belts too.

When it comes to the Vulcan, I'm the man to speak to here.

ive only removed the AR out of the belt holes.

Do you think i could strip it back to its originall colours?

I can run around with my vulcan from time to time but to make it easier i added a strap so i dont need to hold it when im running.

I am planning to attend the nerf national event in Melbourne of the 17th of Dec.

    Thanks Matt

Don't ruin a great paint job just so you can use it in nerf wars. Keep this one at home and just buy another one if you really wanted to use a vulcan at nerf wars so badly. Servulus is right though, that vulcans aren't very popular choices for nerf wars. I suggest going to a nerf war first and see what the action there is like because at the moment you're simply speculating. Speed and agility are really important and all that extra weight really hurts.

i understand what your saying but im thining of really getting involved in nerf wars so i want a variety of different guns to play with. I also painted my raider black so that is going to be a problem aswell. I think im going to strip them back to there original colours.

Servulus is right, he's the man to talk to about Vulcans. And he's a 40 year old who is 6'1" and almost definitely stronger than you. If you are really desperate to use a battery powered weapon, then get the Stampede in a couple of weeks when it comes out. Simple as that.
