Yeah that's fine.

Forms are kind of a waste of time because you can't really sue me even if you do break your neck which is unlikely.
The only person you can sue is the council because you fall off their playground. That's if someone was Enough of a bitch to sue, In which case they would probably win but then the council will ban people playing nerf cause they don't want to be sued again.

It's more if i shot someone who wasn't wearing i protection. They could sue me.

They can sue with forms too, forms don't do anything seriously. You cant sign away your rights and you cant let people sign saying that you are not responsible.

Forms, signs, etc are all there to scare off people from suing.

That aside it would be pointless to sue you as you have no money. Would be like trying to squeeze blood from a stone.

Unless it's storming it won't be canceled. Playing in a bit of rain is better than playing in hot weather. There are covered picnic tables there. Bring a pastic bag for your phone or other stuff you need to keep dry. Also you may want to bring a towel in your plasic bag.

I actually think he was more worried about the mud and ground condition than weather on the day.

It's a grassed area so not too muddy but wear good shoes. If it rains there won't be anyone using the skate park and a battle there would be epic.

Nerf Swords will be banned at Brisbane Wars. They are pretty much made from solid rubber and if you have the 'occasional' doodle noggin's. ... they are extremely hard. Only those foam pirate swords are allowed.

Which also means no dart hire. So it looks like it'll be a BYO war tomorrow. I might just come and do all my trading and leave.

This is my idea now if everyone could bring their own darts that are marked to the war. We'll throw everything into a dart box so if everyone brings 50-100 darts per person we'll have more than enough to go aroudn. At the end of the day we can just split the darts and sort them out if you guys like? Which reminds me you can come locked and loaded if you'd like. During the dart sweet that's what we'll do. Next time Ian and me should be able to supply dart hire if our dart hire man inf0rm3r is unavailable.

I don't have any darts so I'll just be doing the trading and leaving. See you guys all there!

Well, I guess that means I'm out. Same situation as Littlebro05. Sorry KB but I'll have to get you your stuff another time. I won't be there at HvZ on the 15th so it'll be next central or northside war. I'll try to make it.

If you don't have enough time to mark your darts don't worry just leave with the same number as what you bring. Others groups like T.A.G use this method and works quite well. Bring as many as you can for those who don't check the forum before wars.

Unless you are the last guy to pick up darts in which case you get whatever is left (and assuming loose how ever many darts are lost on the day).

The FAIREST way to do it is actually count everyones darts, calculate what percentage of the total dart pool they own and then at the end of the day count up how many are left and give back the same percentage from the remaining pool. However it is very time consuming and difficult.

Won't be able to make it. I'm just coming off a bad case of heat exhuastion yesterday.

Won't be able to stay for long, weather radar dosent look to good and my dart count is <10 ATM. Will defiantly make a heap of darts once i get some more hot glue though incase this occurs again.

I will pull out on this one, I have no darts.

I've got enough dart to comfortably supply 3 dudes. But also enough to go up to I'd say 5-6 if we're stingy with our shots.
