As you can see it has some stress marks on the coupler but they don't affect it.

We have to prepare for the fact that this park is going to be covered in river mud for a LONG time, and is going to stink of river mud and raw sewerage for a long time after that. I'd recommend a new park that was unaffected by the floods.

You are probably right; when/if I go to the HUGE lifeline book sale, I'll ask my mum if we can go out there and check it out. Ill try and take some pictures, and report on the smell, and feel the grass.

And $3 is close enough for the scope.

The BBUMB has since been modded the orange bit at the end of the tube has been cut off to improve flow (it now fires twice as far)

Just an update. The location will be changed to Kelvin Grove, McCakie Park.

This is due to the fact that parts of Alderley Park has been underwater.

Update. For those who are wanting to get some sort of 'cover' going as you know, those who have been there have very little cover. Please help by bring some stakes and tarps. Don't complain if we don't have 'enough' or any at all if you don't bring any.

Accessible from the Gold Coast? Yes it is. It'll take about an hour to get there though


A REMINDER TO BRING EYE PROTECTION ON THE DAY. IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN OR ARE TOO IGNORANT TO BRING ONE (as stock darts are able to leave you with a very bloodshot eye) THEN PHUONGUYEN WILL BE SELLING THEM FOR $5 EACH. We would lend them out, but we have lost over half of them due to people 'forgetting' to return them. Hence, we are now selling them for yours to keep.

We need help to set up the 'playing field' with tarps. I will be there at around 10. Game starts at 11.

Optional Dart Hire will now be available through phuonguyen for $5 per person. However, we encourage you to bring your own darts as we only have about 600-800 in the actual box.

Dart and Equipment Registration is also available. Basically just write your name and what you brought during the day. During the massive dart sweep we will handout the quantity of darts as listed on the piece of paper.

Expect around a 5%-10% dart lost. We will do your best to return most of your darts. So if you bring 100 darts, expect to lose about 5-20darts.

Note - I've only got 2 sets of safety glasses to LEND out....

For Humans Vs Zombies, melee weapons are not allowed as this is extremely overpowered against the zombies. Here is a quick ruleset...

HvZ General Rules:
1. Don’t be a dickhead
2. To stun a zombie, shoot them in the torso or head. Head shots are discouraged... you know why. Legs and arms don’t count
3. If you have socks or ‘foam missiles’ launchers, anywhere on the body will be counted as a stun
4. To transform a human into a zombie tag, them with two hands
5. If you don’t feel the hit and a human calls you out on it, take the hit
6. As long as both hands / finger tips touch the human, human will turn into zombies
7. If you tag the human’s gun it doesn’t count either.
8. No melee or barrel tapping.

Dart Supply has increased from 800-1300darts. We will now be able to cater up to 15 people for darts :). $5 dart hire.

Sweet, dart hire. I'll bring my darts anyway, just in case we need another 90 or so. Can't wait. I'll try and get there around 10. And my mate can't come either. We have a REALLY big tarp. Like 5x5mtrs, maybe bigger. Should I bring that, or is it too big?
