I'd suggest making a FB group instead of just a page, its a much better idea and alot easier for people to use.

it seems like the 'strongholds' of nerf in NSW are outside of Sydney (south, newy or ACT which isn't NSW I know)

Yep that aussumption is correct as far as I know sydney has only had 3 wars, and has such a large user base which meens it shouldnt be so low.
Newy has another war comming up, if this isnt so I will arange one for the school holidays, after I finsh my AT3k.

It doesn't help the community when those organising the wars decide to have an event so far away. Yes I understand I shouldn't complain and instead should organise one myself but there wouldn't be much interest to hold an event round my area.

Who knows. Just make one. And yes you shouldn't complain. Look where my organising got me, sure it's going to be fortnightly / monthly, but now we're getting over 30 people coming to our wars. New people all the time.
It's time to get off your backside and try organising it for yourself... I know I did, sure it started small, but it got bigger and bigger.
