New Brisbane Nerfer.

Hey all, I'm Cal, only recently taken an interest in Nerf, mainly just looking for a bit of fun.

I've only got a stock AT at the moment, but looking to get a Spectre or two. Only been in one, not so serious nerf war kinda thing (No barrel/Spring mods), but i've been told wars seem to happen pretty regularly, might start getting myself more involved.

I'm Smack bang in the middle, living in West end at the moment. I don't really know if I've got the tools or space for modding blasters myself, but might consider giving it a go, or just get someone who knows what they're doing to do it, not really decided yet.

Oh yo what up BIG MAC SAUCE. I would recommend just an AR removal for the wars hosted in Central Brisbane. My cousin does fine with the stock AT, all you need is to rush like he does.

If you attend south woodland wars I would recommend something firing at least 20metres or else it might be a little hard for you to compete.

North wars are run similarly to the central wars.

It does help alot if your blaster shoots further and faster, but it's not necessary to compete. If you have low powered blasters, I would recommend the raider and AT as they work for rushing. For high powered blasters, look around the forums :).

Yeah, Quite sure I will be, but don't know if I'll do them myself, or get someone else to do em.

G'day and welcome to the forums. Don't be to scared to open up a blaster. The Alpha Trooper isn't to difficult to mod and you don't really need alot of space. Most of my modding has been done on my lap lol

Did watch a video looking at the basic mods, seems easy enough, just don't have any tools or anything. We'll see what happens, might end up workin on it myself, might pass it off to someone.
