maybe you could hot glue it on, i think one of my pump handles is about to break off as well

If you haven't fixed it yet, super glue with hot glue behind it, the pump handle head (the part where you put hot glue on to plug the pump)to a piece of 15mm PVC. Dremel out the back of the case so it will fit and put a Tee coupler on the back of a handle. If mine ever breaks this is exactly what I will do.
