i just need some ideas on what i could do with my recon CS-6 (external mods) i have already done all the internal mods thanks

First up, please work on your grammar...

Secondly, it's called using Google images. TBH - painting and adding accessories is technically the only external mod's you can perform.

Anything else, would be considered as cosmetic mod's. Check out members such as GirlyGamer, Sadavi5 or JohnsonArms for ideas.

Also, if you look at Combust's entry in the OzNerf Springer comp, I'm sure you'll be impressed with his cosmetic work on a Recon.

secondly i joined this forum to get peoples opinions and to talk about nerf not just go on google constantly.

ive only heard of girlygamer. im sorry if ive pissed you off but i thought forums were for dicussing things

Your spelling is fine. Just looks like your shift key is fine. If you had read the forum rules, you would have noticed that we have an emphasise on using decent spelling and grammar etc.

To get people's opinion's, you probably need to have a few ideas to start with. As the old saying goes around here, we are happy to help, but we won't spoon-feed people.

Unfortunately, the Recon doesn't have a great deal of modding potential, hence why the lack of info on that particular blaster.

Personally, I don't like power-stock's, but it is a viable option - though I would consider it an internal mod, rather than an external modification.
Other options are obviously paint jobs, custom shell (like Combust's) etc etc.
It would probably help if we knew your modding ability, access to tooling etc etc etc.

In all seriousness, just add a barrel extension and paint it, it looks cool enough already (just doesn't perform as well as it looks).

Apart from a paint job I don't reckon there's much else you can do...

You could always glue a water bottle on it to keep hydrated on the field or better yet, a Segway so you wouldn't have to run at all...

I'm trying to remember when the change happened, someone asks for some clever ideas because they couldn't visual something and all they got was a flame or some smart ass remark (with the exception of a few)....poor form Oznerf. Sonic if you want to use it in a war may I suggest some bright colors like clunks niffty paint jobs. If your going for something more real or crazy check out some of sadavi5' work, Johnson arms or GG's guns. There is plenty of ways to express your creativity.

Try a bolt action conversion or a pump action conversion perhaps? If not give it a integration with something else (reflex or maverick)

You wanted ideas for this and your praxis, integrate them.

Honestly mate, I know what you're saying. But, from my perspective, there just comes a point where you get sick of seeing similar rhetorical questions...

Not being able to visualise something is completely different to asking an open-ended question. I'm trying to encourage new member's to do some more lurking, and less posting, to start off with. If a member posted something like this:

Guys, I have a Recon, and I was thinking about adding a power stock - do you think it's a good idea etc etc. So far, I've modded a Mav, NF etc etc. and have access to tooling, and I'm pretty sure I have the ability to perform the mod. Was just interested in seeing who among us had attempted this mod, and the pro's and con's they discovered etc etc.

I do admit though, it was disheartening to see the normal smart-ass comments, but I don't think you can judge an entire forum due to the comments of a minority...

ok first thing first, i have seen all these on google, none of them stood out for me like i've mentioned previously. hence why i posted this question on here, on this forum, forums usually mean discussing things.

and honestly, you're a shit admin dude. there's no need to be a sarcastic asshole, but whatever, clearly you lack imagination / creativity yourself otherwise you probably would have wrote something more constructive.

Maybe try adding some LED's or other lighting, only thing I can think of atm that hasn't been added.
