WTS Nerf Stefan Darts

Selling nerf stefan darts
Available lots:(50 or 100 dart lots if more please pm me so I can take down your order)
50 darts=$7
100 darts=$14
Postage costs- generally $8.50 or more depending on amount of darts but I will try and reduce the cost of postage if I can.

I am always making new batches most of the time so please keep on looking as from time to time I upload pictures of my new batches.

Just some feedback. If you're going to sell a product. You'd want to put the best picture of your stefan. In alot of people's eyes. Those aren't very nice looking. The domes aren't very even looking.

Work on your product or get stinger heads. They're much easier and look much better. Keep up the efforts.

Darts like these are really out-dated and I personally would never consider buying them. Good luck anyway.

How much would it cost to post 50 stefans in the mail to anywhere in Australia? Just wondering so I could maybe lower the price.

I suggest you try to buy a few high quality stefens of various styles to what the market expects and go from there.

Now i am going to say this because no one else will, but more then likely 99% of people on this forum will NOT buy those darts.

What you need to do, like everyone is telling you is work on you're product.
Make them look professional, they don't have to be perfect but not look like they where picked up out of a bin.
Straight cuts, nice domes etc ...
Just telling someone about the product isn't going to convince them its better, Range test video's vs stock darts would help a lot.
You want to MAKE people WANT to buy the darts.

Sorry if that sounds harsh but its the truth.

More feedback. The darts would look much better if they were all straight. Curved darts generally dont' shoot straight, and it looks unneat as well. Keep it up though. The hot glue domes are getting much better, not the greatest yet though.

Is it really that hard to cut them straight and make sure they all line up for the photo? right now they look un even, it could be they are cut 5mm difference in each or they are sitting int he clip differently, either way its making them look uneven sorry.

Yeah,I cut them unevenly as I was estimating at the time..

Ok,ok. No need to get crazy. I am going to use a ruler now when I'm cutting and slow down my cutting so I can get them at even lengths.

I am now making new batches of stefan darts. They are better quality than the ones I made before as I have cut them more evenly and they are straighter they are also cut at the same lengths.

Hi i was just wandering what type of FBR your using becuase if it is the bunnings stuff don't even bother selling it, because the bunnings FBR (foam body) either comes in 10mm or 15mm and neihter of them will fit logically in any barrel type that we have in australia. Just to advise you so you don't waste your time. Also i think the majority of Australian nerfers use ben's high performance darts like what i think someone from the eirlier comments have said. One last thing please do not get offened by what i have said or other members say we are just wanting to give our opinion to beniffit you and everyone else. thank you

I use 13mm FBR or as people call it in America as 1/2" FBR or caulksaver. Thanks for your comment. I am in no way offended by it.

Here is part of a new batch I made today...

You basically want your darts too look like this. Features in this photo that your darts don't have.

1. The domes are relatively even to each other

2. The darts looks straightened.

This is from an ebay seller from the US. You should aim for your darts to look like that. If the dart you make stuffs up. Then, I would ditch the fail dart as selling a lesser product will give you bad feedback.

I have a question. How long should I heat the darts for with a hair dryer? And yeah I already do throw out the stuffed up darts. Thanks for the feedback.

Well you can basically judge how long. Just get a timer, and keep on testing until you get the right time. Then you should be alright.

If you want a sample please pm me with how many darts you want and the postage cost. From there I will send an invoice. And the item can be paid for before it is sent. The darts are 13mm in diameter just for reference.

Your domes are the main issue here. They're either sunken, off-centre or lopsided. You should be aiming for "domes" not flat or irregular shapes.





Even the pictures Littlebro05 posted aren't really that great since they're so flat.

Getting straight darts is easy but getting nice domes takes forever and a bit to learn.

I would seriously recommend making darts for you and your friends to use at wars before you try selling them. You're going to have a hard time competing with superior products like Ben's foam and sili-tips or Littlebro05's snap caps.

No your not, by continuing to sell unsafe darts proofs you are ignoring us, you bought 50 meters of foam (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/180839897210#ht_500wt_948) and your darts are about 4cm long so 25 blanks per meter so 25darts x 50m = 1250 blanks so I highly doubt you have sold/made 1250 darts, So don't say you need to sell unsafe darts,

Your ebay feedback even proofs that customers aren't happy

That feedback above was for streamline darts! By the way they are safe as they don't use fishing weights...I have only about 5m of foam left as I have cut up the rest or it has been made into darts..

They are unsafe if the glue domes are uneven or the weights are uneven. So you have made 1100 dart/blanks and you have 125 left, then why buy more? there is no point if you are selling unsafe darts.
