have you checked on alibaba? I have epe foam from there and its very nice. I did not directly buy it from there but the person I got it from on nerf haven said he got it from there. also there is this company, softevafoam.com I have foam from here also and it is the best foam I have ever had. i did not get it straight front h em but the person i got if from bought it from them
