Yes I know this is a common thread.

I've taken my Mavvy apart, removed the ARs and put it back together and for some reason it won't fire. As far as I know I've got everything in place. I haven't really touched anything outside of the barrel. The rotation mech is fine, the thing flips out fine.

My AR job involved complete disassembely, tossing everything but the orange rings with the pegs, dremelling holes into the rings (and removing the rings) and reassembling. As far as I can see I've put the metal pole back together properly as well.

Any ideas? I can take pics if need be, but I've tried to give as much info as I can.

I have thorough experience with Mavericks (taken mine apart like 50 times, but I did break it after a fail with the cocking arm, which I am currently fixing) so if you post pictures I might be able to help you out. If not, try Aj, after he made those clear LED Mavericks I'm sure he's know them like the back of his hand.

You took out the rings with pegs?! Theres your problem.

Also I don't recomend dremmeling out those rings, just cut off the barrel peg and remove that plastic thing and take out the spring,

    Internal pictures would be great,

Don't worry guys, figured it out. I didn't have the plunger set properly at the front end. and HB, dremelling has never proved a problem for me.

I found that dremelling made very little difference in my Maverick.
