BAM! A Mega Raider... My Version, in a CLEAR Shell! EPIC! No Brass only Alu, only problem is the firing mech, doesn't work as well as it should, but never mind anyway
I Used a cut down hornet pump with a magstrike end on it and the hornet end on the magstrike! it puts out about the same volume as the stock pump so 10-11 pumps works nicely.

I seem to be posting in this thread quite a lot nowadays, anyway...
I found this tube of metal when I was sifting through my dad's shed
It fits perfectly in Hep20 with a couple layers of E-tape. Plus these little rockets, arrows I have fit perfectly over it .
And in case your wondering the metal does not come out with the rocket/arrow.

OMG WTF!!!!!
Why? Because I can.
Parts of the 'shell' had to be compromised.
Surprisingly good. Minimum estimated range is 90ft based off posts on Nerf Haven, maybe more due to my barrel setup, being 6 inches of PETG and 3.5 inches of brass. Works with white and blue foam. Hornet pump extrudes from grip, 6 pumps fills the tank nicely. Hotglue only used to secure tank. All other parts are held in place without solvent. Is also generally ridiculous.
May I also commemorate Brad on his raider, good stuff.
P.S. epic carpet

My Recon i got 2 days ago.
Epic face.
Just finished this morning.
Has AR's out, And the shotgun loading thingy. The shotgun part is detachable so it can be just a bolt sled.(Literally, With Bolts!)
Ranges are about 70ft *MAX* and about 30-40ft at shoulder height with no angle.

Finally got "My.Sharona" all finished up (mostly)
Typical overhauled at2k, with 7 inch conduit barrels, and a kickin' paintjob. I did two layers of gray primer, a black base coat, 3 layers of Midnight Blue, a layer of spray-on silver glitter, and topped it off with a generous clearcoat. I also painted the fake air tank at the rear with metallic silver. I was also going to paint the pump cap, but I ran out of my silver paint. No biggie.
Ranges: A lot. With crappy darts, I can hit 80' easy. With fresh darts, its not uncommon to clear 100'. And I kept the turret, so RoF is good for an airgun. Once Informer gets his petg back in stock, this lady is getting herself a set of 12" barrels, and a barrel spacer.

Finaly I have got some pictures of this project I was working on for quite some time,
I still haven't finished the painting( I need to put some orange parts on and some other things).
I just call it the Titan-strike for now because I have not thought of a cool enough name....yet.
As you can see it has a titan tank in it and the trigger is hooked up to the pin with a wire,
It has a 16mm coupler on it and I mainly use it with an rscb.

First paintjob attempt!
Here is my "Forgotten Recon", with an antique/steampunk theme. It has the Nerf logos removed and a custom texture on the side panel, cocking slide and part of the stock. It was painted with black vinyl dye and copper paint, with an acid wash over the top to make the copper oxidise. Dry brushed with rust acrylic.
Since everyone hates Recons, I thought I would make it look like it was left outside and forgotten for a few years
It will probably pop up on eBay once I have checked how durable the copper paint is. Some of the shiny plastic doesnt hold it too well. *Next time I should sand it first...*

My Newbie Collection
Well, here's a dump of some photos!
Here's mah Recon, with a "custom" sight. Basically, I tore the ladder sight off of it's hinge and just used that. Aligns perfectly with the flip-up sight at the end of the barrel. It sort of reminds me of the sights an AK-47 has. And since the Recon is more of a combat rifle than a long-range one, much like the AK-47, I thought "Might as well keep with the idea!"
Fullview
Here's the barrel/sight.
First-person view! And I know it's upside-down, but I'm too lazy to edit it right and stuff.
Here's my Maverick and home-made foam combat knife (For those close encounters. Sucks I can't bring it to the Dec 5th war. Meh, fair's fair though.)
And here's a close-up on the knifeyknife!

this isnt all of them
Put the unpainted lever next to the shotty to show a sort of before and after effect
The clip down near the shotty was painted in the same style for the lever action

My shot blast that actually uses a REAL trigger, unlike all the other shot blasts that have been made to use shitty little key rings. I did all the easy pre work (opening it up), phuonguyen did the hard arduous work of making the trigger for it.
10-12pumps - ranges of 100-110ft slightly angled using modified streamlines (just hot glue tips) and they go completely straight :D.... 90% of them anyway. Using a conduit 16mm barrel
Awesome trigger that makes it more ergonomic
I used a 16mm coupler as it fit almost perfectly on the section of the place where you can get it couplered. I will put on the orange flash hider when I can be bothered to do so.
Phuonguyen and I say "We're pretty sure our shot blast trigger is cooler than Chad's keyring nonsense,"

My LS!
Additional features include 2nd tacticool rail, brass barrel, full AR removal, fully functional internally based fore-grip, custom Iron Sights, 70-80 ft ranges and semi steampunk inspired Black and Gold paintjob.
Secret Strike attachment gets 40-50 ft ranges and has barrel replacement sealed with hot glue. The end result is a snap-on integration system that gets similar ranges to a recon.
With Alpha Trooper drum in and SSPB Tacticool rail attachment.
With N-Strike clip
Aiming Down Sights
Additional tacticool rail.
Breech open showing brass barrel
SSPB attachment, write-up coming soon.
Wouldn't be complete without a FPS pic!
That's all for now.
PS Would this gun be allowed in a war with it's current paint-job?

Probably not, considering it's black with very realistic iron sights.
